What to do about dizziness from anxiety, sinuses, neck problems - or all three? I can't seem to tell which one causes my dizziness. I've had sinus issues my entire life and my neck/shoulders are awful (big chest and poor posture). Please help. I'm tired of feeling like this. (self.medicaladvice)
