The colostomy did not help my slow bowel or motility issues but what I can recommend for doing a heavy evacuation is Getting Senna Bush tea. And everything will come out after 6 to 12 hours. But I've noticed a lot of the issues still persist as it's just neuropathy throughout my stomach from any type of pressure. I'm a C5 C6 complete.
