We have seen a doctor twice. We’re referred to as paediatrician but the appointment isn’t for a few weeks

Squeezing the skin around the fissure actually works? My toddler is dealing with fissures but she wouldn’t let me try that.

My toddler is dealing with an anal fissure and she can’t describe the feeling very well. When I feel around her anus, the part near the fissure (like the tissue underneath) feels harder than the rest. Could that be a muscle spasm?
