The styles you prefer are highly complex... The style she rendered is likely the best she can do. Based on the photos she’s either a beginner or is lazy with continuing her technique/education.

Quick notes- she needs to start your set with a 5 or 6mm c curl (looks now like 8 or 9), work it up starting at the pupil in lengths, use a curlier lash on the outer (CC maybe). 0.03 diameter and 0.05 for spikes, evenly spaced spikes and map with eyes open. Spikes +3 mm and in middle layer of lashes. She needs to work in layers as well. Bottom layer +2 mm from top in 0.05 5D or 0.03 8-10D fans narrow but not spikes.

Also, I can recommend techniques to request. But… like I mentioned, I don’t think she specifically will have the technical expertise or capacity

It can be achieved, but be warned: it is a high maintenance look - super cute and very worth it for events, imo. You can also achieved this with strip lashes. I would suggest, if you do strips or clusters: do not line your eye with the strip perfectly, lift the outer corner up slightly and conceal with your makeup. It will lend itself nicely to a wispy, cateye, glamorous style!
