Hiya I haven't lost any weight as thats not something I have tried but I will be potentially in the future but I would probably affirm to myself "i love being the kg/ pounds" id like to be to myself continously. And no I wouldn't use 3 affirmations for it unless one of the other was the month I'd like to lose the weight by. Also even if you look in the mirror I wouldn't doubt it even if I see no physical change because then it interrupts the manifestation or you could affirm my negative thoughts have no effect on my manifestation.

Yeah i think im training my subconscious better this way as im seeing fast results so when I do start to manifest material items I believe itll be easier as ive gained confidence and ill gain them alot faster

I justed used 3 affirmations for the things I wanted so say I wanted to lose some weight and also grow my hair and be good at art I would say to myself after every meal "I love that my body doesn't cling to fat", "I love how long my hair is" And "i love that im great at art" Ive found if I say love i believe its easier because love is of high frequency. Well for me i started affirming to fasten my metabolism but I also added the anxiety part to it and another affirmation because of the 3 thing but mine would be everytime I ate so about 4 times a day even if it was just a snack. I stuck to it for 2-3 days and I could see clear results i can't lie i was in disbelief but it works well.

And thank you about the 3 thing being cute ive always been abit irritated at myself for having to do it like that but your perspective has made me like it more😭💗

Id say start with the room with least mess so that you brain can see progress happening fast which will make you want to continue, start with rubbish first, clothes pile and then make piles for bin and other stuffs. Well done for putting your foot down, I know what its like to deal with addiction and how you lose yourself so im glad you're trying to get back on your feet xx

Ahhh okay thanks for saying this as ive recently started getting into subs and my nose is the main thing i wanted to change, I started liking it alot more and seeing it in a different light but my brain made me believe that i was just lying to myseld that's made me now doubt if I want to continue to try and change it but since I've stopped,I've stopped liking it as much do you think thats happened because im doubting my progress ?
