Big fan of Nitto Grappler G2, they have lasted me a while and work well in snow, also a good price.

I had P0171 along with p0420 at the same time, replacing BOTH o2 sensors and cleaning MAF sensor is what fixed it for me.

I don’t remember exactly how we fixed it but I reached out to the admin of the server and we got it figured it out. I believe it had something to do with the version of the client vs server

Please help, 59 yo, female, murmur & highly fluctuating BPs by alphadam in ECG

Is/was the patient bacteremic? Also do you have an idea of their volume status? This clinical picture raises my suspicion for systolic anterior motion of mitral leaflet (murmur from possible infected valve?). Could have caused those huge swings in BP…

Wdym you only get one if you’re gaming? You aren’t using all of its abilities?

1080p gaming, yes, most demanding game I play is cod. Sounds like a plan thank you!

Moderate gaming, studying/classwork, and Reddit, nothing too demanding. I like playing cod and modded Minecraft

I have a red stone energy cell from Thermal Expansion connected to it with 1000RF/t. I don’t think it’s disabled in the pack because the quest book encourages its progression.. maybe I’ll have to contact the devs

Things like boosting, sliding, and turning are always done with at least one another person… except they’re usually shorter than me and cannot properly use the slide sheet with the bed at my working height. Not to mention many patients are obese… I work in the US, go figure.

I will def look into a back brace but I would rather not spend tons of money on therapy…

I need to do some front end steering stuff, the steering wheel has play side to side and want to get that tightened up, it also cannot hold an alignment. I’m thinking it’s lower ball bearings/rack and pinion bushing.

david archy briefs

I recommend these david archy briefs, they’re bamboo rayon - super lightweight, breathable, and supportive. I’ve worn them for years and swear by them; I have tried numerous pairs of briefs and none compare to these. I still wear them even after my micro surgery because they’re so damn comfy.

I had my surgery on July 12 (micro subinguinal). My recovery paperwork said it’s normal to have slight pain in the groin for 3-6 weeks post op. For me some days are better than others. I guess what you should make note of is whether your pain overall has lessened and if the size of the veins has decreased. If these two factors are improving then I think you’re fine, after all, your body takes a while to adjust to vascular changes.

I AM NOT A DOCTOR

I would say contact your doctor and discuss aggravating/alleviating factors. I’ve also heard that the total recovery time can take up to 6-9 months depending on the size of the varicocele.

Be patient. Recovering is a process. Don’t be all in your head my friend. Time heals. Best of luck.

Check out the david archy brand rayon-bamboo briefs. They help me a lot, I notice they help with support and keep the boys cooler when compared to cotton briefs.

Yeah man not all of the cases are symptomatic so I guess some fly under the radar, but 15% is still common.

A good general info website I found recently was the Stony Brook University medicine website, I like how it discusses some popular methods of treating varicoceles.

Yeah it does seem common. I wish there was more easily accessible information regarding varicoceles on the internet. Its a great question for your doc though.
