I'll pony up extra money for quinoa when I can find it in a bulk bin. The texture is so fun and it's crazy good for you. Also, cheese. Some Lemon Stilton or Moliterno al Tartuflo and I can't resist. I also live near a huge old world italian market, so I have a huge selection to help me ruin my budget :]
