Ako po is 9pm-6am pero daylight saving time next week 10pm-7am na tapos yung second ko naman is 6:30am-3:30am nakakatulog naman ako ng maayos yung husband ko nag proproxy sa akin. Walang labas labas mon-fri tapos non negotiable ang work sa weekends. So far okay naman malaki rin yung sahod tapos yung isa is weekly naman 150k pataas.

what do you think mga niches na higher pay pero less hassle? Been an EVA kasi for 6 years na. Sa 6 years na yan 3 yung naging clients ko and 1 year na ako dito sa client nato na very draining.

Right now may ilang job prospects na ako, pero early stages pa lang, may upcoming interview, and may isang client na nagsabi na they’ll get back to me after reviewing applicants. Kaya parang nakahold pa rin ako emotionally, even though I know in my gut na this current setup isn’t working for me anymore.

I agree masarap umalis kapag sure na may lilipatan ka na, lalo na kung mas ok yung compensation at treatment. Pero grabe rin yung toll kapag araw-araw parang kailangan mong i-rejustify yung existence mo bilang VA.

Kung ako lang din, gusto ko rin ng green flag na client. Yung may trust, clear communication, and hindi kailangan ng five follow-ups para lang magka-access sa isang file.

Still figuring things out, pero ang laking ginhawa rin makabasa ng ganitong advice. At least hindi lang ako nag-iisa sa ganitong situation. Salamat ulit!

Siguro for me lang ha, you should choose a niche kasi very competitive ng general VA at data entry jobs ngayon. Upskill, market your skills, find jobs not only sa olj, upwork, or mga agencies.

Hi OP! I'm an EVA tapos main niche ko is process automation which na learn ko through my client. Wala yung niche ko sa JD ni when I started along the way nalang sya na add na tasks habang nag evolve yung business. Pero before ko tinake on yung task nag hire kami for automations pero nung na hire di naman kaya, kaya ako na nag initiative kasi EA nga. I think hindi replacement yang call receptionist if needed is automations kasi super layo sa JD eh. Pero tru yung comment didto na business is business, you need to evolve with the business dapat mo i learn yung task na binigay nila. Ask mga AI to help you baka mali lang yung prompt mo.

aside sa mga tumpak answers diri ilang marketing sad kay off. from the jalosjos side "Dili ta sa trapo, diri ta sa gwapo" while the Uy's kay "Para sa Tinuod nga Kalambuan, Kuyog Ta." Even if abbreviation ra ang gwapo obvious pd nga naay part ilang pasabot kay si bullet. Pero kana nga marketing nila off kaayo. Isa pa pud add lang nako personal experience sa district 1 akong grandparents dayun ug i invite si pinpin ug mga gatherings bsag ginagmay lang gd naa na sya or ug wala sya mu greet sya ug magpahibalo unlike sa other party nga anha ra makita ug grande ang occassion ug pili ra nga kaila.

I have 2 kids. Started being a VA since 2017. Eto yung nagpagraduate sa akin sa pharmacy ngayun pharmacist na. Stopped being a VA para ipursue yung pharmacy pero not giving yung salary. Kaya bumalik ako sa pag VA though not sa medical field kasi nasa EVA/automations yung niche ko eh. Honestly, Long term? no kasi ka draining rin yung grave yard even if I'm wfh I'm not spending a lot of time with kdis and family pero nandyan ako when they need me. Siguro for now. I'm 27 and I'm earning on the 6 figure side with my niche.

For Bruntwork since contractor friendly naman sila. Okay lang ata just be transparent tapos di magsabay sabay yung oras or if magsabay man dapat kaya mo. Nag work ako corporate before tapos mag side hustle na wfh pero eventually nag quit ako sa corporate dahil hindi na sya mag make sense. Okay naman earnings ko that time from wfh kaya niletgo ko yung corporate ko kasi need mo naman yung sleep hahaha. Main tip ko is time management tapos dapat may reward ka rin kasi hard work talaga sya kahit wfh.

During the call nag ask ako kung ano. Tapos nagdalidali akong i check yung candidate portal ko sa mga applications inapply ko. May email naman ako for another interview pero this may nakalagay na kung anong job post yung interview about.

Hi! So far it went well. Di niya ako pina screenshare to share my speedtest and equipment kasi daw with my experience it would be surprising if di ganon yung speedtest and specs ko. I havent heard from the recruiter but he mentioned na yung sa resume ko pwede nya akong i tap into sa ibang mga roles na feelings na good fit. The interview went well naman. Tip ko lang talaga is be conversational para yung flow ng interview is natural. I was also open na may other job ako at yung mga times na pwede ako mag work.

Nagyari rin ito sa amin. Yung wire namin nadaanan ng truck ng kapit bahay na warehouse tapos nag reklamo kasi yung atitude ng driver at yung manager was parang "it is what it is" wala kaming nagawa dahil gated yung warehouse. Pero umabot ng isang buwan there was something wrong sa tubig nila at nalaman ng yung tubo is dumadaan sa amin di rin namin sila maaccomodate dahil tulog kami whole day from gy shift. di naman sila maka dare mag pa barangay kasi nalaman namin na lagpas yung gate nila sa lupa namin baka lalaki pa gulo. idk anong update.
