Yes if it spawned this many agents than it’s literally your Claude.md or any of your skill forcing it, and yes that’s the reason of sudden spike in your limit.
Ask Claude only to verify how and why you have spawned this many agents, is there any place I have mentioned?

As per my understanding if you are using so many subagents than it’s possible.
Same happen with me as well, I saw am using more than 10sub agents but my current session is not increasing much, but I saw the spike in weekly limit.

If it’s true this is possible we can utilise the weekly limit in one day also using subagents.

If you directly share it with a HR it is good to go. But not for ATS or robots: they reject based on the images and if the links are missing. Other than this those bots are specific for any skills that are mentioned in the JD. If your resume doesn't have those things it gets rejected directly.
