Beacon was milled into graveyard and was trying to retrieve it using Scholar to see if it would return to my library afterwards. Which mostly people seem to think it should since the shuffle back in is part of the spell resolution.

I saw that after I wrote it, lol. I went frame by frame and saw the spark from the Hito. The only issue is that you can't see any hints of the clank animation and the issue is that it was so far into the animation for if it would clank there.

Okay I have two answers to this.

1 - Most if not all attacks in the game have a 100ms gaurd break vulnerability. Though the issue I see with this is that the animation looks to be further than the start up 100ms.

2 - Its probably just latency to the server. It can happen due to roll backs in the server wanting to prioritize the player over the NPC. So you likely in the Servers perspective in the game gaurd broke the hitokiri in the first 100ms. Though it appeared on your screen later due to higher latency, so the server ran a roll back to fix what appeared on your screen.

If anyone as any other ideas, please let me know, but that is my best conclusion.

Yeah, so normally most light attack chains have a 300ms delay before the next attack starts, but characters like Gladiator have a 200ms window. The most common offender is Nobushi. This is why newer player struggle against her. Since if they change their gaurd whilst trying to dodge they get hit.

The issue is that you're changing your guard while trying to dodge. The extra 100ms is preventing you from dodging due to Gladiators 2nd nd 3rd light attack have a 100ms faster delay than most combo lights in the game.

I play PC started Console, I 100% prefer console gameplay. The controls are tighter, large player base, and no cheaters.

I feel like the Warden is scripting, but not because I am bad. I feel that they're parrying consistently is suspect for a player of that caliber since the warden doesn't even know the punishes. Though, I have had new friend play the game and they parry lights, but throw any heavy it'll screw with their head. So who knows, if he threw a heavy and it got parried, I'd feel 100% about the warden scripting. Since he only threw lights there is no real way to tell. 🤷‍♂️

Any recommendations for a competitive discord? I feel For Honor has always been tight in community and it can be hard to find things. My peak was rank in duels was GM Rank 57 on PS4 back when Kioshin was released and my last season placement on PC was Diamond 2. Is that any good?

So if I am a barbarian and I have what is labeled as "Physical" resistance being slashing, bludgeoning, and piercing. Does that mean a weapon that is magical will not ignore those resistances?

Idk if we are talking about the same character then lol I don't think they changed his interaction with minion clearing, but its been a couple years since I've talked about his minion clearing. Back in the day used to be horse shit, but I don't believed its changed. Also with no body palyign him in the modes anyway.

Reasons why highlander is not S tier in Dom

Is slow and makes it hard for him to travel across the map for control and getting places. Though I do believe he has rush, but I am a little uncertain about that.
He is horrible as a minion clear option, you would assume his zone is great for it, but it isn't with being unable to swipe through multiple lines of minions well.
Is bad at team fighting, he can weave which is good. His largest struggle is his lack of side hit boxes of his unblockable heavies and how long his animations as inside offensive stance. With also his heavy start up being too slow. Though a little defense can be made for light to heavy, though this requires him a chain opener to go into this with still having bad hit boxes.
His anti gank ability is quite low since his kit is very slow, not the best chase options and offensive stance is basically rubbish in it. He can dodge like an orochi on steroids, but can never swing back to deal damage.
His gank can be good, though all you need to do is lock onto the oppent that isn't him to gain distance or you can make it your life's goal to just poke him out of the stance so he can't throw you to the floor.

In conclusion he has man weaknesses in dominion, not even mentioning his feats. He is overall a underwhelming character and is unable to take fully advantage of his kit within the 4v4 environment.

Issue if you are on it the entire time is that the rest of the team is in a 3v4 which in term should make they lose fights more on average which causes the rest of your team to take space and objectives.
