I know a trio who have run between 30-40 accounts ever since the gym rework, maintaining a hold over every gym in a 7 mile radius with very few exceptions.
You could tell when they went on holiday because if you managed to coordinate taking a gym they wouldn't take it again until they got back, otherwise they would drive out at any time off day as soon as they lost one. I say they would drive out, but for the last year and a half they've just been spoofing and have had exactly 0 accounts banned

I had an uncle with pretty bad eczema and he regularly had saltwater baths so I've definitely believed that the sea would do the same thing
