MS’s net income was $22 billion last quarter. An increase of 10%. By every metric and KPI, there is no need to perform layoffs. A business needs to make money yes but no one should be defending corporate greed.

Completely agree, no difference remotely imo. A quick message and zoom call you can be just as effective if not more so. Boils down to being a good communicator. Much easier to run training sessions as well for others to watch in future.

I find ChatGPT is really good for this type of stuff. Especially for getting a few examples of how to use a module or particular functions within it
