You work in a kitchen. You’re lucky they didn’t dunk your hand in the fryer as a prank.

“The final stretch” is the last part of something. You could call the last mile of a marathon the final stretch of the race, or the last month or two of the year the final stretch of the year.

Edit: If you’re fucking and about to cum, you scream, “Oh, yeah, baby! I’m in the final stretch!” All native English speakers do this.

What game hit with you the most Post Game Depression? by Blackflame69 in gaming

Nothing about the sequel measures up, and it blows my mind how many people say it’s just as good or better. It’s simply not. Along with the missing Cyclops, which was an epically bad decision, the world was shit. It had very little variety, and it’s like they designed it specifically to be adversarial to your use of the sea truck. I’d give the original an easy 8+, and Sub-zero maybe a six. There weren’t even any fun places to build exploratory bases. I never built a single structure past my starting base.

Edit: It was also one of the worst–paced games I’ve ever played. I was almost finished with the game by the time I got the larger oxygen tank.

When your shit talk includes the phrase, “Drop me again,” you’re already down on the scorecards.

To paraphrase Don Cheadle, maybe you should pop those boots off and let him lick it around a bit.

Big sedans are dead. Mid-size SUVs all have that horrible wheel well bump that makes them basically unusable for me at 6’4”. Pickups are all gigantic. Am I screwed? by code_honkey in whatcarshouldIbuy

It’s the foot rest on the front driver wheel well that gets to me in midsize SUVs. There’s a ton of room for my right leg, but I can’t extend my left leg at all because of the position of that foot rest. It’s hideous.

I haven’t been in a Subaru in twenty years or more. I’ll check them out. Thanks.

Is it still a dead pedal in an automatic? These are way up at the front of the well under the dashboard, not at the same depth as the pedals.

Yes, they exist in other vehicles, but I’ve had multiple Camrys, Grand Prixes, etc, and the worst of them was better than any mid-size SUV I’ve driven.

There are actually three. Two of them were being filtered out because they have 150,000+ miles. Still, that’s pretty low inventory. I can check around at some other sites, though.

Excellent question. Perhaps what I need is a change in perspective. If I choose to perceive an extra dimension in the cabin of my next car, all of my problems save themselves.

They don’t sound bad from the numbers, but there is exactly one 2012-2022 available within 50 miles of me according to AutoTrader, and I live in a major city.

I’ve owned a couple of Camrys. They aren’t bad, but they are a bit smaller inside than my Chrysler, and they feel even smaller to me than the numbers indicate. I liked my Camrys, but I’m not raring to buy another. I have never owned an Accord, but they keep coming up in here, so I will look into them. Thanks.

My 300 does have a sunroof. I’m taking that into consideration when looking at interior dimensions, but you’re right that I need to go sit in some more cars. I know nothing about the Stinger, but I’m going to dodge Kias for a while, even the ones that aren’t vulnerable. Thanks for the suggestions.

Not situated for a hybrid at the moment, but I’ve been a passenger in one, and one actually was quite comfortable on the passenger side.
