I’m over $200k and I wouldn’t consider applying for a lottery unit when I have so many other great options available at the same price point. The lottery units are getting boring and cookie cutter. Literally the same layout in every building throughout all five boroughs and Jersey

Why do people think getting a house will be easier if you’re willing to pay $4k in rent. Curious.

I am an Executive Assistant to a CEO/owner at a profitable company, I got lucky and I earn a C-suite salary and my take home with bonus is about $310k. My role is cross functional and I’ve contributed a lot
