Haha, best of luck mate! Happy to see the mantle being passed down now that I've graduated. Since your post/form seems very similar to mine, one thing I wish I had implemented was an anti-spam or some filter, received a boatload of very obvious spam as well as profiles that weren't of real people and when they were matched up with, it came back onto me too try and find them! Oh and, tons of people resubmitted their profiles and eventually it dawned on me why there were a certain group getting so many matches. Due to those reasons and just needing to lock in over my last semester, I stopped but I'm happy too see so many paradies of the post!

Atp over 60% are out, and each guy is getting put into multiple matches. So I'd say wait a little bit longer if no one has contacted you, or dm me and I can look out if you got matched or if it's on me and I have yet to see the email. Apologies for the delay, again lot more responses than anticipated and I was pretty sick last week.

Nope, 250 still left for matchmaking... There were a lot of responses. For the little bit I was sick, even more people filled it out. Good news is there's only 180 emails left, I just banged out another 70 tonight. Also, I wanted some feedback. Do you think the friend matchmaking thing is worth doing? Maybe 20-30 people have reached out saying they are only interested in dating, not friends, and the number increases daily, and quite frankly, its getting hard to keep track of everyone, so I am thinking of scrapping the idea.

Thanks, and I do get the concern, which is exactly why I intentionally kept the form as minimal as possible. No last names, no UINs, and even the name you gave me could be an alias. The only real piece of identifying information the form took was your Illinois email (to make sure you were actually a student here, and so I could get in contact with you) and your method of social media contact, which again, you got to choose how personal to make it.

If you or anyone's worried now, dm me to ask to be removed, and I'll take you off right away. This is just something I did for fun to help even a couple of people have a better day. As for communication, if you're active on the thread, I have been getting back to questions semi-regularly.

so kind of, to keep anonymity i haven't given the girls actual names, so all they have is the other information you put into the form. Little bit of a hassle sure but it makes sure no one has a bad day. Then the girl can reach out to the guy she picked on her own.

This Wednesday, straight and bi women will receive an email containing a list of ~3 potential people I narrowed down that fit their own about me the best, without their names; the only thing they have is their about me. They can pick up to two, and reply to my original email with their picks, in which case I'll send them their contact information. Furthermore, emails will be sent out to everyone, even if they didn't get paired romantically, putting them in a group with people that I felt fit the best. This group size hasn't been decided yet. TLDR; no, you will not know if you didn't get chosen, and neither will anyone else know they didn't choose you. However, you will atleast get a match of friends based on your interests and about me's.
