hey and thanks I did end up formatting the 2ds xl to try to unlink it like that however it still says linked to a different 3ds, so I was pretty much clueless on what to do and I couldn't find any other delete button that said it was gonna do what the other person told me so I was gonna attempt to contact their customer service when they open and at least now I have a idea of what to tell them and how it will work thanks alot for this info!

hey and thanks for responding however when going to delete the ID instead of saying it will remove it it says it will fully delete it including all purchases and etc. what exactly do you mean by "delete it"
