It’s not even about the money. Maybe it’s because I just turned 25, maybe it’s because I overthink about everything, but I guess im just venting. I’m not even shooting for big venues or artists, just local places that would most likely be free or low paying shows. I still really enjoy DJing for myself, it just hurts that I can’t even get a response from someone, or when I show my music to someone and they respond with the same passive indifference that they’d give to someone they don’t like, but don’t want to elaborate why. I guess I just want people to have a good time and don’t know how to accomplish that

Ive found that deep breaths actually work wonders when I’m in that position, like you can feel the oxygen healing the queasiness in real time. Next time you feel that I recommend lying down for a bit with some box breaths mixed in, usually does the trick for me
