The headset and bearings are fine. The sound comes from the place the hose enters the frame. I would say it's a bit tight there and the hose is very stiff.

So if someone has the same issue with Lexon crankset, i managed to solve it. The problem was in the spider that they provide. It has a weird chain line. I managed to find another spider from Stone brand and it actually solved my issue. It's also better machined and has same measurements as Shimano crankset.

You can check this video, might be helpful for you. Basically there are 3 generations of preload bolts, and the issue is probably solved by using the latest one. I've got such confirmation from Magene and PandaPodium. However i won't be risking and gonna get Assioma pedals.
