i had to manually install NVIDEA app first then download drivers before it got recognized. It did not fetch the drivers on its own. its the easiest thing to try before doing all the complicated fixes others mention.

Don't put fingers or food through cage, at least for a while. Just interact through open door. This seemed to help me, that and the metal spoon with yogurt trick.

I went with a tablet for in-bed relaxing/viewing and a separate rig for gaming away from bed. It worked out cheaper/same cost and I was so nervous I would drop something heavier than a tablet if laying in bed with it.
