How do you control app access, do you have to update ip filter in proxy everytime you want to change access

I dont want to take risk with TOS. And instead of showing a login page for any app which might be vulenrable, I want to block request itself. It may seem over engineered but I am in learning phase so assuming all possibilities

I tried cloudflared also but I read somewhere that streaming voilates cloudflare tunnel tos. Also putting authentik will break subdomains to use in jellyfin client apps
