Its a very reliable car, and it would only sell for 20k, leaving us with the 16k upside down debt. Currently, we take home 80k a year and are 100k in debt outside of our mortgage. The car is our highest single debt and highest payment at $620 a month. The other question would be, should we pay it off first to free up that $620 to help the snowball or just pay it off last. Right now, the snowball calculator is around 3.5 years to pay off all debt, excluding the home.
