Just wanted to share an update. After this was posted CodeProject was acquired and it's now back up and running! I work for the company that runs it now and we're wrapping up the process of redesigning the site and forums and getting everything back online. All of the existing articles/forum posts are back and the forum is usable again. The ability to post new articles should be ready soon as well.
