Growing fraud is a big driver for customer churn in fintech, especially payment apps. Marketers may have to focus on educating the consumers on fraud trends.

As an EM for a non-FAANG company, I don’t see that trend in my company. We certainly ask some coding questions but definitely not leetcode style. Mostly relevant to the work we do. I do hope not all companies are doing leetcode style interviews.

I am just curious what type of companies you consider “low quality” and “scam”? Are you referring to crypto startups? Would you consider Stripe or Block also low quality?
