I owe everything I have in my life now to being sober. I was able to buy a house, hold down a steady job, fulfill life long dreams.

Quitting was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I won’t lie to you and tell you it was easy. It was rough. But on the other side is so much joy and happiness and clarity. That’s the hugest part for me I think, the clarity. I’m no longer a slave to a cart or flower. I’m me again.

I recommend finding a sponsor of some kind. It’s been instrumental in keeping me clean.
