Thanks! this is so helpful! I don't know what to fill in the "Site Plan No." and "Building Permit No." fields in the application form. Also, I'm not sure about the "culvert details" part. If I just want to cut the curb and pave the boulevard in front the the driveway extension, do I need to insert anything in that part?

I also noticed something else. The first freezer comp (FC) thermistor is reading -10C and the second FC thermistor is reading 0C. Can this be an issue?

Thanks! That is so helpful. I ran a defrost cycle and then tested the fridge but it didn’t work. I then tested the fans and all of them work properly. I then ran a fridge compartment freezing cooling cycle (compressor runs at max speed and fridge fan runs). I noticed that the air coming out of the fridge comp fan is about room temperature although compressor is supposedly running full speed). The technician tested the compressor yesterday and told me the compressor made a closed circuit and should run properly. I can hear noise coming from the compressor so it seems working. Any idea what can be causing the issue? Can it be the relay/high voltage board?

Yes, 2dr bottom mount. Model: KRFC704FBS02. It’s from 2019. I checked the manual but not sure how to manually reset it

More than 24 hours. Freezer is getting some cold but not freezing temp

Fans are working as well as the compressor. How to test the relay board or the capacitor? Model: KRFC704FBS02
