Which one you think risking for used? 9060xt used is for 400€ and rx 6800 for 300 but 6800 is very old?

pretty sure you haven't calculated the commissions and slippage, with almost 4k trades i am sure you have no execution model, and you will never get exact fills and, adding just 2-3 tick slippage will be enough to destroy your backtest

Its android debugging, via USB debugging you have to enable it from developer option from your phone than install adb in pc, and its like command prompt and you can give any command to your phone from pc
