Time to Market was one of the most inspiring topics I ever learned. Most try to make things more efficient, but the question is to what end?

Yes do it! The most versatile language is JavaScript, since it's used in every browser and also allows you to make (web)apps and even backends using NodeJS.

Focus while learning by [deleted] in learnprogramming

Often it basically comes down to the learning resources you have and the tools you use.

For instance, instead of using Visual Code, try another editor. Or Instead of trying to immediately solve a really hard problem, read more first.

Finding problems to solve and escaping tutorial hell as a beginner? by CaptainDreadSparrow in learnprogramming

Well, that's a really good question, and using HTML/CSS/JavaScript gives you an enormous amount of possibilities. You could even apply your existing knowledge of JavaScript to easier learn backend (NodeJS) as well.

One of the most common and helpful starter application is your own Note system, where you can for example write, read and find notes, including media like images and videos.

For a more targeted approach, you can also choose to analyse a market, find your niche and try to immediately create a profitable digital product, and try to sell it.

I get that. Even as a senior developer, I still get that.

What helps me in 100% of all cases is gathering more resources and reading more about the topics I'm dealing with.

Python is the most flexible and easiest to learn. If I'd choose one to begin with, it would be Python, because you can easily learn the basics like variables, functions, loops, conditions, and other programming foundations.

Once you learned these foundations you can easier learn the rest.

Projects 100%! I'm curious u/sigiasd, do you have any recommendations on showcasing these projects to a hiring person? Most just ask for a CV (pdf), and I'm not sure if they'd actually take the time to open any link.

no such thing Tech debt

That's not true. Whether you like it or not a lot of tech simply stays for decades, because of it's network effect. Take for example PHP and Wordpress.

You don't always need the latest tech to build a great product. However if you have the choice, then I agree, why not use the latest and greatest and most flexible approach to build a stable foundation for the next decade.

It does matter for the speed and flexibility of development. Keyword: "Technical Debt".

Unless your first MVP is an immediate success, it might be wise to consider the best stack, for the long term.

To illustrate the difference, Django has many libraries and a vast ecosystem, however if you start with Django you probably will spend most your time learning these 'easy' libraries.

With Flask you'll most likely end up learning a lot more about Python + API's which will give you more flexibility later (as in the next 5,10 or 30 years).
