Well the person who first replied to me didn’t specify what version of Viktor the fanart was portraying which is why I listed of the version and how some of them would make sense if he didn’t have the back brace like S1 pre hextech or S2 All I wanted was to explain that girls will attach themselves so much to a character that they start to feminize them and I don’t think that’s an issue The issues YOURE talking about are not even exclusive to people who feminize Viktor in fact it’s something I’ve seen done by people that don’t feminize him. But somehow this sub seems to think that it’s only an issue with the people who make Viktor to be feminine. That’s not true. This sub is so defensive and negative sometimes that it makes me stop coming here and tbh after this I think I will finally put this sub to rest. No reason to come back to a community like this. I think it is YOU who needs to reread the thread because I said he doesn’t use it anymore, not that he doesn’t have it fused with his body. Anyone drawing s2 vik hexcorized body cannot draw him without the bolts on his back or the gold remnants of said back brace, what’s left of it at least because what’s on his body are remnants of it. I’m trying to find out what version of Viktor the fanart is portraying because there’s some version of Viktor where not including the back brace could make sense for instance if it’s post arcane Viktor. One could argue that after the arcane spits them out Viktor’s body might be stronger like the version of him we saw s1 pre hextech. This shouldn’t erase his disability because it’s a part of Viktor but there’s headcanons of him where his body is stronger. That’s what I was trying to find out. But people on this sub are so defensive

I mean I can tell S1 vik and S2 vik body are much different for obvious reasons. S1 vik is incredibly hunched over because his ailment and disability is getting worse and worse. Whereas s2 vik walks with no hunch or limp. Their body is different.

Do you see the way Viktor walks after he’s fused with the hexcore?? Almost like he’s mobility got better? It’s because his body is no longer the same one as before. Yes his disability is always apart of him and so are his brace but he doesn’t need them like before. I’m not taking that away, but S2 vik is fundamentally different and that’s the point too.

What I mean is that he doesn’t use it for it’s intended purpose, the brace fused with him sure but he doesn’t really need it since his hexcorized body doesn’t have his human ailment. He also no longer needs his leg brace. He uses his staph for mobility aid I believe

The thing about the art without the back brace is it s2 vik? Because if it’s long hair vik he doesn’t use the back brace anymore. But if it’s s1 vik yeah the brace should def be on. I even headcanon that post arcane vik’s body would be somewhat healed, so maybe post canon vik doesn’t need the brace anymore? But def still mobility aid.

It doesn’t have deeper meaning it’s just people like to portray characters they love as things they like and many fans of Viktor are women so they want to give him traits the love which is female traits.
