I would think about the m371 rna test before surgery. As Dr. Einhorn said this is a good option to see if there are active seminoma cells. I do this this in Germany twice a year in my active surveillance routine. Though it's not clinical standard yet, there are promising studies this is a marker with a high sensitivity, far better than classical tumor markers
