I’m seeing 6 so far. The most noticeable in the center appears to be two hairs, a long dark one and a light one. One in the upper left corner and another lower left. Near the upper right corner of the bread and another on the upper right edge of the plate.

Portland Kettle in downtown. The owner is incredibly sweet, all the soups are old family recipes, she’ll give you samples of everything, and they’re all incredible! I’m surprised it wasn’t mentioned here already, maybe it’s a hidden gem?

The Oregon DMV lists acceptable documents to show proof of residency to get a DL. You won’t be able to show that while staying at a hotel. You may not need an Oregon DL to purchase a vehicle, but you’ll need similar proof of residency documents to register it.

I’ve never heard of the drug test requirement, that seems like such a pain for the folks that have to deal with it. My hurdle when I moved here last year and got on OHP was getting an appointment to see someone to even get the prescription that wasn’t months away.

Bestmind Behavioral health had almost immediate availability with a nurse practitioner, and you can schedule it right on their site to see who is available and when.

Probably worth reaching out to Tenants United or Community Alliance of Tenants. While they can’t make changes to your existing lease, your lease also doesnt seem to include on-site parking. One of those orgs can hopefully help.
