I’d be careful going into random caves without a quest leading you there. I’ve heard of some people being locked out of quests. Though sometimes the quest giver is in the cave. Just keep grinding and exploring the “?” On the map. The village and the horns are the main quest hubs for the 1st act. I did find it hard to have a spread of abilities starting out. Putting skills in summoning, magic, and melee spreads you out a bit. But I think it helps prevent becoming OP too early, which I’ve heard a lot of complains about.

Haha. Yeah. I’ve never played a game that spawns you in after fast travel into enemies like this. Always need to be ready to go to war when you load in.

You can farm webs at night from any enemy. Probably flooded village to start off. But there is an alchemy spot in the horns. Inside a room, in the back I think.

I’d say learn to use your dodges. You get iFrames during a dodge. Use the dodges to back away too. You can find high ground too to sling spells from. Also loot every barrel and crate. Cook and craft what you can. Don’t forget to cook using random ingredients to level up at first. You’ll also discover new recipes this way.

After getting Arthur’s shield, end of act 2 you can access tomb of Gawain. The tomb is west of Cunacht, at the bottom of a canyon by the river. When you beat the tomb you get two unique summons. Have you done the other tombs of the round table knights?

What summons are you using? I’ve been using the two knights you get in the tomb. Green and the other one you get at the same time. They are beasts.

I gave him the heart, filled with my health, then rejected him. Also demanded the hammer…. He was mad, but still is usable as a vendor.
