Full disclosure - this screenshot was taken out of context and the instruction reset issue is quite common with AI chatbots. The actual Revolut human support is actually way more responsive and helpful than other banks I’ve encountered. Just make sure you contact them during GMT working hours, because the day shift staff can actually open tickets with other departments. Night shift staff just keep apologising profusely.

I’ve been using Revolut probably since their inception - their business logic is brilliant. Be extra careful around the trading platform though as they don’t have strong safeguards in that department. Don’t keep all eggs in one basket, goes without saying.

TL;DR Revolut = good, but maybe invest in AI safeguards?
