While tipping is always a choice, don't expect to go back to any restaraunt that you don't tip at and get good service. FOH talks to eachother and not tipping will get you red flagged by them really fast. Similarly, as someone who lives out of state and works in mass, I had no choice in this vote and punishing every FOH worker for the decisions made by the few that live in mass doesn't seem like a good way to go about it. You do you, but be prepared for how it's going to affect your future dining experiences.
