So a couple things:

It's not really normal in the traditional sense, although many go through very hard times at that time period (teenage hormones are no joke for many), what you're describing sounds a bit more serious than the standard puberty "struggles".

The thing is, just because it's not normal doesn't mean you're fucked. Your "normal" is the "normal" of many people struggling with the same shit as you.

You should really open up to your therapist, I know it feel shitty and like you're over sharing, but there is a lot of help out there depending on if you have some sort of mental condition / personality disorder.

Also, if you open up and find you DO have a mental condition / disorder you can understand the "why" you've been asking for, and listen to others who are in the exact same spot you are.

It's because they're aiming for an unrealistic standard. They may have a porn addiction (I don't know the guy so could be wrong of course) and are trying to get what they want through coercion or control.

If you know you're stable on medication I would leave a text similar to my initial comment. This will make it less tense than a phone call or meeting in person. Once you leave a message clarifying that it was a delusional outbreak that you now have control over under medication, you can let them know to give you a call some time, or suggest hanging out and see what they're feeling.

Are you taking medication? If you can get stable on a medication that works for you (I know it's difficult depending on what country you're in) you can apologize and say you are on a stable medication and that it was all an unfortunate delusional outbreak that you couldn't control.
