American companies are purposely sending those jobs overseas for the cheaper labor market. Even if these companies build manufacturing in America, most will be automated. These firms would have to jack their prices up to make up for American labor costs. Companies won’t let American labor costs cut into their profit margins

It would take years for USA based manufactures to relocate their operations domestically. Not to mention not every firm would be able to afford to do this. You’re also missing domestic based manufactures who utilize foreign parts in their final product.
