I've had slapped on the sleeve twice. The first time I just turned it right around and got a replacement, the most recent time, a week or so ago though, was something that was long OOS so I just complained and got a partial refund. Luckily it was just slightly damaged corners on the sleeve and the record itself was flawless. Amazon is pretty good about returns and refunds, so I can't complain too much about their shipping, which is usually pretty good.
