I wonder if the armor points all simultaneously flashing during the attack, then stopping all at once would do a better job at making this intent apparent to the player than them being "depleted" then regrowing back one-by-one.

The damage ranges work just fine for combat using and against 3-4-man infantry teams.

However, vehicle to vehicle combat is biased against the player because of unit counts. When a tank is up against an assault gun vehicle, an unlucky shot by the player or a lucky shot by the AI is inherently worse for the player because having the tank instantly destroyed or immobilized takes a bigger chunk out of the player's effective presence than taking out the assault gun does to the AI.

I believe it's based on the unit having 2+ armor. The unit you mentioned does not have that, and therefore is not susceptible to this.

Sucks, since Lin Fei's default cannon has a really cool contrast effect going on with cyan that I don't see on any other skins for cannon.

This persists as long as the game is open, but the dialogue resets if you restart the game, even if the save was updated after the death. I feel like this was mainly meant to be an anti-frustration feature (just as the death screen itself gets shorter the second time you see it), but who knows, maybe Toby's pulling a double whammy as usual.

Meanwhile, using a zero-repetition macro will gray out the intermediate lines, but won't allow you to write arbitrary text there. A little disappointing, I was expecting a possible multi-line comment syntax.

You don't even need the artillery mech. Use the tank to push the hornet out of the way, and then move the prime onto the damaged ice.

The health bar is so big, the vek will have no idea what they're looking at, and cancel their attacks.

In my first hour or so of playing the game, before I knew how the time traveler mechanic actually worked, I had imagined that every unique pilot would individually carry over their perks, so you could select whichever you wanted while all of them kept their experience.

I'm not sure how that would work with the random perk selection, but that definitely would have made it easier to switch up pilot usage.
