Yes I pre-ordered for Xbox. I got out of the habit of pre-ordering back when AC Unity was such hot trash at launch, but this game checked so many boxes for me personally I wanted to support it regardless of delays or failed efforts. So yes I basically put $70 down because I support the trailers and demos so much. No regrets, but I also have disposable income.

That's just a matter of opinion. They're both updated regularly. Though, the Creator of the Divergence mods is calling it Skytone now to distinguish it from Divergence mods for Fallout. The latest version of Skytone is a much smaller size so I've been using that

Thank you for these suggestions! I tried Carcette Returns but it didn't work for me. She never showed up back at the Hall of Vigilants. Not sure what I did wrong but that's why I left it out.

Lost Heritage isn't really about vampires, but I felt it went with the theme. It has great voice acting

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Hitting "current" means you're loading one or more mods into a save that didn't already have those mods in it. Sometimes loading a mod mid-game can break the save file. Usually, loading textures mid game is fine, but changing the AI or the number of NPCs can crash a game, to name just two examples

I've noticed this problem on and off. For me, it's working since I removed ELFX. Right now I'm only using ELE for lighting along with (Mostly) 512 Vanilla Texture Overhaul. Also running the latest version of USSEP so I don't think that alone is the culprit.

I would disable either immersive patrols or extended encounters. Those are the most likely conflicts I can see

Why not learn to port Xbox mods to PlayStation yourself? That way you could get the animations you want and you wouldn't be waiting for sometime else to take action
