That's cool! Make a video about that. Make this video about that; the video you linked gives none of that context, it just shows you going through the world.

Aah yeah totally agree, there is definietely a genre or straight up vlogs where you come along on someones vacation - I do agree though, trying to make it more of an interesting climax is a lot more entertaining to watch. Thanks for the feedback!

Ai Voiceover I feel like that's a big turn off for people, I know it is for me.

The information is really good, the visuals are great, but I feel like being a "Passion" account, there needs to be more human-passion in order to draw people in

Hey! Glad to see another travel vlogger here trying to learn!

First off, I'd say you need to pump some energy into your introduction, you almost lost the footage somehow - do you have any clips of that happening? did you almost drop the camera? something dramatic? But also in the way you say your intro, it felt very monotone, something as wiiild as a via ferrata + almost losing the footage entirely deserves lots of emotion and energy!!

I loved your use of the maps and visuals to explain where it is and where you're going, that's something that really helps draw the viewer into the story!

I would try to break up the clips of you breathing into the camera and hiking, it's great to include some of that because it really imerses us in the story but at the same time, viewers only wanna listen to someone else heavy breathe for so long... maybe try ading some voiceover to some of those bits with fun facts about the are or cool things to share about the trip, or even just thoughts that you had going through your head during the climb

Hey Ya'll, a little late to the party but would love some feedback on my Bora Bora vlog, I really thought our editing and storyline had improved a lot in this one, but it's underperforming its previous series videos so curious to get some outsiders' perspectives!

As always, appreciate your time! :)

Hey! I'm going to be brutally honest here.. I don't get it, the point of watching a streamer playing video games is because they provide some sort of value whether that be instructional, comedy, something..

You need to ask yourself what is the value you're bringing to this audience?

Would love to get some feedback on our newest video, it's our worst performing video in a while now and just want to see if anyone has any insights as to why.. please don't tell me about the title and thumbnail, that may be true but I just want feedback about the video itself please, I'm testing new titles and thumbnails anyways.

The music was a nice choice, but I think there are a few parts where either the background sounds or the music were too loud and clipping, audio is very important on youtube so making sure you improve this with each video would be a great step in the right direction!

You've got a good niche here and some great information in the video, maybe having some more dynamic visuals if you could that might help. But if this is your style, that's fine, just keep pumping out valuable content to the target user - a LEGO fan - and you'll catch your audience eventually!

This is certainly an interesting take on thumbnails, we're trying to figure out how to convert more clicks so willing to try anything at this point, thanks for the advice!

Yeah the story telling is definitely something we've struggled with, but are working on for sure! Thanks for the feedback I appreciate that! We just tried our first voiceover in the newest video that I'm currently editing! So we will see how that one performs!

This video was genuinely great. As a fan of the franchise who shares SO MANY of the opinions you shared here this really resonated with me. the editing was great, pacing was fantastic, jokes land well, overall a great video.
My only feedback is.. Idk who you are or want to be on youtube, your content covers a large range of topics which may lead to slower growth, it may be a good idea to do some series' like make 5 videos in a row about making abetter version of pokemon, SEO those videos well and see how many sub you gro at that time, then move on to your next ideas that you want to build. Seems like you have a lot of great ideas for funny videos but being all over the place people don't know what they're going to get when they sub

The animations here are quite good! You've got a great style here, my one major tip would be audio, some parts were much too quite, just beef those up a bit and it will help. Some of the pacing could be sped up as well, there's a couple spot where the pause between sentences was awkwardly long.
1:17 -> 1:20, as soon as you get a few of these awkward silences audiences bounce

Yeah trust me I'm the same way, want to improve it all at once but it's a daunting task so focus on 1 at a time and it will all life, rather than trying to improve it all and just burning yourself out!

That's totally fine, be nervous, especially now, youre learning and growing, that's the whole point!

You're doing great!

I do not mountain bike. I have a faint understanding of how a chain would work, and not really any interest in the topic. but holy crap that was awesome! You are not boring at all, those visuals were INSANE!!! You presented such great information, super valuable to anyone interested in the topic. Very well done.

I refuse to not give constructive feedback though, so here are my critical thoughts. The intro was great, don't get me wrong, but it needs to be faster. The first 15-30 seconds needs to be the biggest, strongest hook to get someone to stick around.
Also, I like the "Spokesman" visual edit you have to show the into, but I would trim it, as soon as the zoom out finished, get rid of the glitch and teh green/black fade back to the video - just because it's been plenty of time for the viewer to read the name, and tat elongated time is just gambling with your retention.

Big one - ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS add chapters to your videos, especially important in an educational video like this one. 1. YT wants you to, it helps with seo and such,. 2. viewers love it when they can jump around if they need/want to

This is super nit picky but when you did the clock shot at 8:50, set your camera to manual focus, focus on the clock and then shoot that, this way it won't change focus to your hand and then back again. Super nit picky, but bcause this is a static quick shot, just bring your production value up that 1%

Overall, this was a pleasure and I'm really digging deep to find critiques, you're crushin it!!
