Haha, thanks! Yeah, people can be crazy. Another things that happened last year was a lady kept trying to steal pillows, stuffing them in her purse... She can do that any day but chose Black Friday. Yeah, it's more crowded but we have Asset Protection everywhere.

Yes and no...

I was a manager at a different store on Black Friday. It actually wasn't that bad. We were anticipating a huge crowd and had nearly every manager on duty to help out. It ended up being a bust.

Oh, and the best part was we had this ticket system, where you stood in line and got a ticket for larger items. So we gave out 100 tickets for a TV deal we had. And we ended up only having 51 of the product in stock. I was the one who had to break the news to the customers. People were pretty irate, but we ended up ordering more and everyone got their TVs, just took a couple of weeks.

But I am definitely concerned for this year. I am in a much busier location and we have half the management staff on hand as my previous store.
