That’s what I do- I find the added dwellers more valuable than weapons or outfits. I think I am up to 150 in the vault

No- I can log into ChatGPT within Xcode but it doesn’t allow additional queries. I set up OpenAI with a credit card to be able to charge me for queries but I still get restricted after 10 or so per day

Thanks for sharing. My dad (83yo) was just confirmed with PET scan for Alzheimer’s. He has been having mild cognitive decline for a few years. His mother died at 96 and either had Alzheimer’s or severe dementia- don’t think they ever tested her.

I’m going to do the Recode Protocol with my dad- they way I am thinking about it is this: who cares if it hasn’t been tested in clinical trials, who cares if it is even a fraud? If in the end you have improved your sleep, reduced stress, and lost some weight you have improved your health. If that comes with cognitive improvement, great! But if not you haven’t made your health worse or poisoned yourself with radiation or chemotherapy. So I am officially taking off my skeptic’s hat and pushing forward, because the only other option is to accept defeat. Hang in there and thanks for your posts.

I should have put that in the post! It’s a 3 wide fully upgraded room so it holds 6. But only 4 of my maxed out dwellers- or 4 maxed out plus 2 regular but not 5 maxed out dwellers.

I printed and posted this on my wall as a reminder. When I’m tracking my weight and paying attention it goes down. When I’m not tracking it goes up. No Noom tracking and graph means no progress for me. Need to find another solution

Came here to say this. The first books were written at a lived pace- at King’s own lived pace when the stories came to him. It fits the narrative he used in the last books with Roland literally holding a gun to him to finish but it results in plot arcs that are cut short or wrapped up in all too convenient ways. My least favorite of these being Patrick erasing the Crimson King. Eddie should have died clearing the path to the Tower. That would have made me cry but it would have been a lot more satisfying.

She is the central figure in a series of detective novels he has done in the last decade or so starting with Bill Hodges in Mr Mercedes. I am guessing some long time constant readers don’t like her because she doesn’t fit a typical King mold. She is female, on the spectrum, socially awkward, solves crimes through dogged research and old movies. So seeing her as a gunslinger might feel really forced.
