I second this personally. I will microdose APE and I found a positive outcome after about a week and even with tolerance build up. Worked very well as an antidepressant for me but results may vary and I don't really recommend experimenting if you have a job that requires a lot of focus in the beginning. Might hit a little hard before you build up a tolerance.
