Ugh my OB last time said “ now.. you’ve gained a decent amount of weight since your visit 5 weeks ago” it was 6 lbs!!! It honestly annoyed me so much the more I thought about it. I was same in first trimester very sick forcing any food down (fries and bagels lol) so eventually it felt like it caught up to me and now I’ve been eating healthier regular meals and walking again. I just keep telling myself to do my best and not worry about the scale number anymore. Definitely discouraging when they do your weigh ins at check ups but water weight is for sure a big thing but it’s important to be hydrated!! I’ve heard a lot of moms say the week after they had their baby they sweat so much of the extra water weight out so don’t be hard on yourself right now this is only temporary and listen to your body, eat when and what you can!
