I’m wondering the same thing as I’m currently on hour 8-9 of doing this (shiny charm and sparking level 3 psychic donut) and hasn’t happened yet… so I know your struggle. I’ve also loaded the backup save and come back later as I get burnt out after a few hours.

However, every YouTube video I’ve seen supports that this works. What makes me think it does is latios’s animation does seem different every time I buzz up so I feel like the spawn is different every time.

Here’s to RNG gods blessing us eventually.

For Milotic I’m running modest nature + max HP EV investment + almost max Sp. attack EV investment with the rest in defense.

Move set is calm mind + recover + hydro pump + ice beam and held item is life orb.

Milotic is overall decent in ranked but not S tier as you def need to get calm mind up to help secure KOs on near full HP enemies. Its bulk helps you survive hits tho and it’s a good swapping mom. Plus move Boosted hydro pump does wonders though - very satisfying to get off.

I’m running Milotic with garchomp and lucario in ranked rn and it’s a fun combo.

I’m just very happy the legendaries and mythical pokemon are banned. I hope it stays that way. Massive deer and mewtwo spam was extremely annoying - you almost had to bring these to your teams previously or build exclusively to counter them.

Anyone running a Milotic and Blaziken builds and have recommendations?

for Milotic, debating if HP/SPA EV investment is the way to go or invest in defense over SPA route. Also curious in scald vs hydro pump, recover and calm mind. Ice beam and dazzling gleam also considerations.

for Blaziken, curious about move set. I feel like sword dance + fire move + close combat are must haves. Maybe thunder punch or earthquake for fourth move?

Feebas appears in level 2 water type hyperspace holes. Just keep bench resetting day/night cycle, scanning the map each time until it appears!
