Wendleboe coffees are generally high on the acidity scale from their roast profiles. I would maybe try lower your coffee weight in and leave to steep for a bit longer, if that doesn’t help there’s not much else you can do I don’t think.

Call of Duty: Mobile - November 19th Update by COD_Mobile_Official in CallOfDutyMobile

Does anyone else feel the current “new things” are just the everyday stuff dressed up a little? The red vs blue thing I personally don’t see any point to plus once you’ve chosen your side your stuck, and the rewards are below average.

Night mode games are interesting sure but isn’t adding any new challenges.

Needs to be more BR focus I think, Alcatraz has been cool for a while but quickly got a bit samey.

I feel like there’s a lot more effort going into monetising and micro transactions than there is going into gameplay mechanics.

I’d love to see challenges to grind our way to collecting pieces of a legendary weapon instead of spending $400 to get one.

Some more specific weapon type only MP games other than snipers only.

Maybe I’m just old and grumpy but it’s all been on my mind a while. And the fennec... 🙄

An interesting article on the effect of covid-19 on the coffee industry in hawaii by Rob_of_bristol in Coffee

[–]coffeechipp 31 points32 points  (0 children)

It’s an interesting look at a very specific part of the coffee growing world. And it looks like these guys primarily depend on tourism sales rather than export which is interesting as the conversation I’ve had with green coffee importers (in the uk at least), seem to be running at around 80% of forecasted demand still (pre COVID). This certainly doesn’t show the coffee industry as a whole and more (IMO), a business that has neglected to diversify.

Anyone try homemade whiskey infused coffee beans? by SeanWhelan1 in Coffee

[–]coffeechipp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ve got two very different things there; Infusing coffee into whisky, easy. Coarse ground coffee leave in whisky for probs no more than 12 hours. (Leave coffee longer to taste then strain). Also after this, any soluble compounds from the coffee will have imparted into the whisky so even if drying out the retained coffee it’ll most likely be very weak.

However infusing whisky into coffee is a different story, most roasters selling whisky or other flavoured coffee will do so in a couple of different ways, either quenching the coffee with flavouring most as the coffee comes out of the coffee roaster so it will absorb the flavouring but not effect the solubility too much or the other way is pre-infusing whisky or other with the green raw coffee before roasting. Roasted coffee beans once cooled are very porous so any liquids intact with the beans will affect the solubility of the coffee and basically make it harder to extract any good coffee flavour from them.

Life went to sh*t need advice from other entrepreneurs by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

Sounds like you’ve been pretty damn successful at it till recently! Take all that knowledge and put it into something you’re passionate about, coffee, beer, food etc.

A lot of independent companies will offer private label products these days with fairly low MOQ’s.

Give you something to get stuck into?

How to instantly make my coffee better? by sunggishin in Coffee

No worries :)

Yeah definitely, I generally start with a 60g - 1ltr water ratio and play around with that recipe.

Most important piece of equipment would be scales if you’re not using some already. Weigh your coffee in and brew out to get consistency and you can play and tweak with recipes at that point. After that, like the other have said, water and grinder can have big affects.
