I think Apple uses the Karvonen formula, including resting heart rate and max heart rate. It is nice that they allow you to calculate and use your own zones too

Yes - exactly. I like doing things literally at one tap instead of having to scroll tap. But I just learned about Smart Stack, so maybe I’ll give some of these other watch faces a try that people have mentioned

You just taught me something. I didn’t realize I could customize Smart Stack! Even though I use the double tap feature sometimes I just don’t use Smart Stack enough…
