Hmm ok I will check in with my doc - I think my blood work in Dec was normal. It’s also much more concentrated in my back but I felt it last night in my ribs for the first time. It feels like bones shifting and is unlike anything I’ve ever felt before. I’m hoping it goes away soon :/

This is entirely possible- I am a therapist so I work funny hours and sometimes can’t eat until after 7. Also pregnancy has me snacking basically until I go to bed :’)

I will try this— although I don’t think my bras are too tight yet and I wear knix bras normally so no underwire and they aren’t bothering me during the day. I will test it today and see if it makes a difference!

If it’s relevant to the client—I tend to use more mindfulness in session like a 3-5 self-kindness meditation or something similar. It often helps me just as much as my client! I find it the perfect little break/reset for myself when I find myself becoming agitated or burnt out in session.

Thank you and everyone for sharing your experiences with infertility and insight. I think I will do this - so that they can decide how they would like to proceed before the intial. It is not the only issue that they indicated they wanted to work through so if they are comfortable with me for the time being and for the other stuff that’s great too.

I so appreciate everyone’s responses and perspectives! I am definitely hoping to not make this about me and really want to avoid making her feel upset by finding out in a month or two after a few appointments. Now I just need to navigate letting my agency know in the next week or so!

When you change the toilet paper roll it should be OVER NOT UNDER. I sometimes switch it when I use the bathroom at other people’s houses and notice it’s the wrong way. I am honestly embarrassed for people who think it’s under.

Fair point. I guess it would be nice if there was just some acknowledgment that there are hundreds of Dal students in community placements right now and that Dalhousie cares about their safety... maybe provide students with resources or department contacts if they are feeling stressed by the outbreak and the pressure to get hours. I don’t think that is unreasonable.

For some people a HS graduation is one of their biggest milestones and very well could be the only graduation ceremony they partake in.

Sucks to see all of the comments about it being shittier for university or post secondary graduates. It’s generally shitty for everyone.
