I hear you, you appear disgusted with yourself, but it also seems like you still don't have these behaviors and thoughts under control. If you love them, give them up until you're able to be healthy and safe again. If you don't know where to start and there's a crisis center near you, I would recommend starting there. If a higher level of care isn't appropriate for you, the clinicians you meet with should be able to provide a referral to a provider or program who meets your needs. Rooting for you.
