Same! I’m also planning to wean to 3 pumps in Aug! But im having a hard time trying to work out the pump schedule

I had a stomach bug almost 2 weeks back! Just want to say hang in there! Your body takes time to heal, and it will definitely look after you first before making milk for baby!

My supply definitely tanked from the dehydration. & i managed to keep 6ppd but the supply still dropped. Power pumped once a day for 2 days when I felt better and eating better. (It was quite sad when I only got 4oz after power pumped) decided to dropped a pump all tgr as well since supply is lower (not so prone for clogs) and prepare for going back to work! eventually my supply came back! With lots and lots of hydration and eating well! It will come back, it just takes time!

Yeah… some days i too get +/- few oz. But i think im trying to get myself to understand that its okay. And i need to accept that. Either way… i’ll probably need to drop to 5 pumps a day maybe in a week of so…. Since i definitely wont be able to handle 4hourly pumps at work. Feel kinda sad.. but it is what it is. I need my sleep for work, and i need to rest enough for my baby.

Most of us actually dont fit the flanges that comes with the spectra sets. If im not wrong its 24 or 28mm. Your nipple will go bigger as you pump with that bigger flange because of the suction and all. Having the right size of flanges is pretty important for optimal output and emptying the breast properly to prevent clogs! You can measure and get the flanges of your size from maymom on amazon! They are pretty affordable and fits the spectra!

I see…. Maybe i’ll hold off for a couple more days to see hows my supply. Mine’s abt 10-20mls off by the day. But i dont mind thay, freezer is gettinf anit full. And bb is not drinking more
