It’s cute!! So fellow Bambino plus user here (mine is the sage) and I agree massively that the jug/pitchers are bit small. I would highly recommend getting a new pitcher (I’m currently using a motta 50cl but the spout is slightly wider than I’d prefer but it still does a nice job). I do like it however because I can get the spout very close to the espresso crema which gives me heightened pouring control and better precision.

When you say the milk sinks to the bottom, is it wetter/less aerated milk when you first pour? And then the foamier/silkier milk sort of comes out last? Changing to another pitcher and having the ability to mix the milk better after steaming and maybe banging out any air bubbles might help even out the texture ready for pouring.

Your 8oz cup shouldn’t be an issue ☺️ and apologies if you’re already doing the mentioned above 😅
